Enrollment only requires a $800 deposit per child (which is fully refundable until April 1st, 2026 except 7-9th Grade Teens refundable until Jan 15th, 2026).

Door-to-Door Transportation (ADDITIONAL CHARGE): $1000 per child enrolled (NOT OFFERED FOR 2- and 3- WEEK CAMPERS)
Discounts
Sibling Discount
5% off the second child / 10% off the third and fourth child (does not apply to Pre-K & K Rate)
Parent Transportation Discount
$300 is deducted off 4-5 week tuition / $400 is deducted off 6-8 week tuition
Extended Programs
Beforecare
Extended Morning Program (7:15AM-9:00AM) add $125 per week. Parents must drop off at camp, early bus service is not provided
Aftercare
Extended Afternoon Program (4:00PM-6:00PM) add $125 per week. Parents must pick up at camp, late bus service is not provided.
Both Beforecare and Aftercare
Both Extended Morning and Afternoon Program add $220 per week.
Private Lessons
Oak Crest offers One-on-One Lessons in all camp activities (Swim, Biking, Pickleball, Skateboarding, Archery, Soccer, Baseball, etc). Contact the Camp Office (732) 297-2000 for more information.
Billing Options
Enrollment requires a $800 deposit per child for Pre-K to 9th grade programs. Balance in full is due April 1, 2026. Refund deadline 7th, 8th and 9th grade is January 15, 2026 (based on trip reservations that need to be made). AM or PM Extended Care is $125 per week. Both AM & PM Extended Care is $220 per week. Sibling Discounts DO NOT apply to the Pre-K & Kindergarten rates. Referral Discount is only offered to Super Early Bird families and expires on December 1, 2025. The referral discount is $200 off 1st-9th Grade rates for 6-8 week programs.
There is a 3.5% processing fee applied to all credit card payments.
Refund Policy
Is camp tuition fully refundable?
YES, for campers entering grades Pre-K through 6th, you will receive 100% of what you have paid to date if you decide to un-enroll before APRIL 1st. For campers entering grades 7th, 8th, or 9th you will receive 100% of what you have paid to date if you decide to un-enroll before January 15th.
What if I want to reduce the number of weeks, is there a refund for that?
YES, if you reduce the number of weeks BEFORE April 1st, you will be refunded the difference between the cost of each program.
