Physical challenge activities for campers ages 10–12 include structured access to the Climbing Tower and High Ropes courses. These programs are designed to help older campers build strength, coordination, focus, and confidence while working toward personal goals in a supervised setting.
The Climbing Tower features multiple elements that increase in difficulty, allowing campers to progress at their own pace. Activities include dual rock walls, a Giant Swing, a 200-yard zipline, a Giant Cargo Net, and Jacob’s Ladder. Campers move through each element based on readiness and comfort level, with staff providing guidance and support throughout the process.
The High Ropes course introduces elevated challenges that focus on balance, problem-solving, and mental focus. Campers navigate a series of overhead obstacles while secured in safety harnesses. The newer High Ropes Confidence Course adds more mid-air elements that further test coordination, decision-making, and trust.
All climbing and ropes activities are run by trained, certified staff members. Safety systems are checked daily, and both courses receive annual inspections and certifications from their original builders to meet current safety standards.
